Rain in west
Dry for the east
Wed Jul 17: Wednesday A fair start to this morning for many with some good spells
of sunshine. Thickening cloud will be being blow in by fronts over
Ireland and these will be giving rain. The rain could be heavy at
times this morning, eventually reaching western Scotland by lunchtime.
Western Wales and the far northwest and southwest of England are likely
to have rain and drizzle by this evening. Staying dry elsewhere with
the sunshine becoming more hazy. Highs at 25C in the sunshine in eastern
England, 19C in Ireland.
